White Thandai Chocolate

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Chocolate Mold

Ingredients :

  • white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoon thandai masala
  • 2 tablespoon chopped pistachio
  • 2 tablespoon chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoon edible dried rose petals
  • Some saffron strands

Instructions 

  • Add chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl. Melt white chocolate completely. When done, melted chocolate should be glossy but liquid and smooth.
  • Once it’s completely melted, take it out of the microwave and add Thandai Masala to it. Mix it in.
  • Take a chocolate mold and add some chopped nuts, dried rose petals and saffron strands as like shown in video.
  • Pour melted chocolate mix and tap for spread equally.
  • Let it set/harden at room temperature for at least 5-6 hours. To fasten the process, you can set it in the fridge.
  • When it’s hardened, remove from mold. Our white thandai chocolate is ready to eat or serve.
