My family loves Oreos and loves ice cream more than almost anything else. Every summer, I love making this easiest cookie and cream ice cream cake recipe. My family enjoys it when it’s hot outside.
Ingredients:
- 18 oreo cookies
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 250 ml of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- First, take 12 Oreo cookies and remove all cream from the cookies and keep aside.
- Place all these cookies in a zip-lock polybag and crush all these cookies with the help of a rolling pin.
- Cookies should be in small chunks but not fine crumbs.
- Put this mixture in a bowl and add 2 tablespoon butter and mix it well.
- Place a butter paper in a cake pan and pour this mixture into the pan.
- Press this mixture into the pan to form a crust.
- In another mixing bowl add cream and beat the cream with an electric beater until cream becomes light or fluffy.
- Now add condensed milk, vanilla extract, and cream of cookies and mix well.
- Crush the remaining 6 cooking and add in the cream mixer. and mix it well.
- Pour this cream mixture on cookies crust.
- Refrigerate this mixture for 8 hours.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
