Paneer Satay Recipe – How to make restaurant style paneer satay

Satay is nothing just put protein on a stick. Satay is strung on the skewers and the sweet-spicy satay sauce. This protein-rich paneer recipe is delicious.
It’s an easy way to make paneer satay. Peanut is more important.


Ingredients:

  • 250 grams paneer
  • 4 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  •  2 tablespoon Schezwan chutney
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon roasted peanut
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Method: 

Method:

  • Cut the paneer lenth wise.
  • First, we crush the peanuts but do not make powder of it.
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoon corn flour and all purpose flour , red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, tomato ketchup, soya souce and schezwan chutney and mix it well.
  • Add little water and make semi thick batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Coat the paneer with batter and put it into hot oil.
  • If oil is not hot paneer stick in base.
  • Fry it for 1 to 1.5 minutes on medium flame. 
  • After that flip it.
  • Fry it for another minute and take it out and keep it aside.
  • Repeat the process for remaining.
  • Put skewers or tooth pick in each paneer stick.
  • Heat a another pan and add 2 teaspoon oil.
  • When oil is hot add garlic and fry it for few seconds.
  • Add crushed peanuts and fry it for few seconds.
  • Add schezwan chutney, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and vinegar and stir it.
  • Add little salt and red chilli powder and mix it well.
  • Add little water in 2 teaspoon corn flour and stir it.
  • Put the fried paneer sticks into the sauce.
  • After one minute flip it.
  • And cover the pan and cook it for few seconds on low flames.
  • Open the lid and turn off the flame.
  • Take it out in a serving plate.
