Hazelnut Mocha Brownie

Coffee and hazelnuts are perfect companions for all the chocolate in these Hazelnut Mocha Brownies. They’re irresistible!

There are so many flavors that work wonderfully with chocolate, but one of the best in coffee. I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but I still appreciate the fantastic way it complements chocolate. It somehow enhances it and makes it richer and bolder.

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour -125 gms
  • Powdered sugar -100 gms
  • Brown sugar – 1/4th cup
  • Cream cheese -75 gms
  • Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
  • Nutella- 50 gms
  • Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Coffee powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Milk – 75 to 100ml
  • Butter- 100 gms
  • Baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Method:

  • Take a bowl sieve flour, baking powder in the bowl, and keep aside.
  • In 2nd bowl cream – brown sugar , soft butter, cream cheese,powdered sugar,
    vanilla essence, cocoa powder, Nutella, coffee powder all together with the help of a
    beater.
  • Add flour mix to the cream mix that is in the 2nd bowl.
  • Adjust the consistency with milk the consistency should be a dollop dropping
    consistency.
  • Preheat your oven at 160 degree for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the batter in 8”inch tin spread it nicely
  • In a piping bag fill some nutella and draw lines on the brownie batter with the help
    of a tooth pick merge the batter and nutella and create a swirl pattern.
  • Bake at 160 degree for 18-22 minutes.
