  • Paneer – 200 Gm
  • Cashew And Magaj Paste- 2 tablespoon
  • Cream- 1 teaspoon
  • Hung / Thick Curd – 3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Saffron- 7 to 8 strands
  • Butter- 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Onion – 1 medium size
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon
  • Kasturi Methi – 1 tablespoon
  • Capsicum- 1
  • Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Skewers- 4


• Cut paneer in the desired shape also cut capsicum and onion in cubes.
• Mix all the ingredients except paneer.
• Marinate paneer with the prepared paste and add oil. Close it and keep it
in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
• Remove and keep at room temperature for 10 mins.
• Take skewers and insert paneer and capsicum and onion petals.
• Cook in a tandoor or a shallow pan
• serve with Mint-Coriander / Green Chutney
