Eggless Chocolate Walnut Brownie Cake

These Homemade Eggless Chocolate Walnut Brownie Cake are here to make vegetarian brownie lovers happy and to make those dessert parties more inclusive! They are super easy to pull together, are cakey, and slightly fudgy too!

Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour – 3/4 cup
  • Powder Sugar – 3/4 cup
  • Cocoa Powder – 2 tablespoon
  • Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil – 1/4 cup
  • Milk –  1/2cup & 2 tablespoon (toned)
  • Vinegar – 2 tablespoon 
  • Vanilla essence – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Walnut Crushed – 1/2 cup

Method:

  • Boil Milk. Add vinegar. 
  • Milk starts to get curdle. Keep on fire for another 1/2 minute.
  • Let this paneer cool down completely. 
  • Add oil and essence.
  • In another bowl sieve together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and baking soda. Mix it well. 
  • Now add this sieved all-purpose flour mixture to the curdled paneer. Mix it well.
  • Add crushed walnuts to the batter.
  • Place baking paper on 6 inches mold or a tray.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Bake it in a preheated oven. 

Difference between cake brownie and fudgy brownie:

Fudgy brownie have less flour.
