How to make candied center filled strawberry chocolate

There is something unique about the white chocolate and strawberry. Generally, chocolates with fillings cream centers, caramel, peanut butter, ganache, or other fillings are available in the market. But this recipe has a swift twist… It’s filled with Strawberry which is everyone’s favorite. Do not wait, just go for it & impress your family!

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup chopped candied strawberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon oil
  • 2 -3 drop red colour

Method:

  • Melt chocolate in a microwave and keep stirring with a spoon for 2 minutes to temper the chocolate and bring it to room temperature.
  • Take 2 teaspoons melted chocolate in a bowl and add color and oil and mix it.
  • Take colored chocolate on the finger and make the design in the mold as shown in the video.
  • Spoon melted chocolate in the chocolate tray to fill the 1/4 portion mold and rotate the mold and make shells of chocolate.
  • add chopped strawberry and cover with melted chocolate.
  • Scrape off the excess chocolate gently with a palette knife.
  • Keep the tray in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours
  • Invert the tray and tap lightly to unmould the chocolate.
  • Store covered and refrigerated.
