Aloo Pyaaz Ki Sabji Ingredients: –

  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • – 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • – 1 tsp coriander powder
  • – 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  • – 2 Onions (cut into batons)
  • – 2 Potatoes (cut into batons)
  • – Salt (as per taste)
  • – Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • – Coriander Leaves (for garnishing)

Method:-

  1. Heat Oil In A Pan And Add Cumin Seeds. Allow It to Crackle .

2. Add pinch of asafoetida, chopped garlic, green chilly and ginger garlic paste.

3. Add the Onions And Saute Till Translucent.

4. Add boiled potato cubes and saute.

5. Add All Powdered Spices And Cook Till Rawness Of Spices Disappears. Add A Little Water To ensure It doesn’t burn.

6.Once potatoes are done, turn off the flame. Check Seasoning And Add Chopped Coriander to garnish. Serve Hot.
