Eggless Nutella Chocolate Cake

This Nutella Chocolate Cake is a delicious combination of moist chocolate cake and a delicious Nutella icing, all covered in chocolate ganache. Moist, rich and chocolaty this nutella cake is so easy to make and tastes divine. A must try recipe for all Nutella lovers.Delish!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup castor sugar
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coffee powder
  • 2 tablespoon Nutella
  • 100 grams dark compound
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 5 Ferrero Rocher
  • 1/4 cup chopped cashew nuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts

Method:

  • Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Take curd in a bowl and add baking soda and baking powder and mix it well.
  • Keep it aside for one minute and notice bubbles rising in the mixture.
  • Add sugar oil and essence and mix it well.
  • Add flour, coffee powder and cocoa powder in three parts and mix well to make a smooth batter.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Whipped cream till stiff peak.
  • Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and mix the cream.
  • Add this ganache in whipped cream. Now our frosting is ready.
  • Add 2 tablespoon Nutella when layering the cake and some chopped nuts.
