Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup Black Plum Pulp (jamun)
  2. 1- cup Hung Curd
  3. 4 tablespoon sugar

Method:

  1. Cook jamun pulp and 2 tablespoons sugar.
  2. In a jar take hung curd, 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
  3. Blend it till it becomes smooth.
  4. Now add cooked pulp again blend it.
  5. Our black plum or jamun shrikhand is ready.
  6. Serve chilled.
