Kiwi Ice cream



Ingredients

300 gm chilled full cream
1 cup condense milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 kiwi

Method

Peel all the kiwis and blend it in a mixer and make a puree.
We should take two bowls of different sizes.
In the bigger one take the ice and in the smaller one take cream, 
then place the smaller one in the bigger bowl.
Whisk the cream until it is thrice the initial volume and forms soft peaks.
Add condensed milk and vanilla essence.
Whisk it again.
Now add Kiwi puree and blend it again.
Transfer it in a jar and give a good tap to remove the air bubbles and cover it.
Freeze it for 8 hours.
Serve with slices of kiwi.
