Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 Tablespoon ghee
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 Teaspoon chopped almond
  • 1 Tablespoon coarsely ground cashew nuts
  • 2 Tablespoon  coconut powder

Method:

  • Peel and mash all bananas
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add mashed banana and coconut powder and saute for 3 minutes.
  • Now add sugar and cardamom powder and cook well.
  • Saute till ghee leaves from bananas and then add cashew nut powder and mix well.
  • When it cools down then give shape as u wish.
  • Garnish these rolls with chopped almonds.
  • Banana rolls are ready to serve.
