Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate
  • 2 disposable cups
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tutti-frutti

Method

  • Take disposable cups and make a small cut at the top of the cup, so you can easily open the cups after chilling, set aside.
  • Melt chocolate in a microwave or double boiler and allow to melt completely and stirring occasionally.
  • Keep stirring for 1 minute for tempering the chocolate.
  • Pour 4 to 5 teaspoons into each cup and rotate to coat interior.
  • Then grasp a cup by the bottom and invert it over the bowl of chocolate, letting the excess chocolate drip out.
  • Once the extra chocolate is gone, you will be left with a thin even coating on the sides and bottom of the cup.
  • Now put this in the freezer for 10 minutes for the set.
  • Tear the paper of disposable cups carefully and get a chocolate cup.
  • I filled with vanilla ice cream and garnish with chocolate sauce and tutti frutti.
