Besan mirch ke tarpoliye is mouthwatering appetizing and greatly enhances the flavor of food. It is really easy to make and it does not take more than 15 minutes to prepare. Besan mirch stores well in the refrigerator, so you can make it once and enjoy it for 5 to 6 days.
Besan mirch ke tarpoliye can be used with any main dish like roti sabzi or dal chawal.

Ingredients:

  • Green chilly(hari mirch) – 250 grams
  • Gram flour (besan) – 3/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry Mango Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Oil – 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida – A pinch
  • Garam masala – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon

Method:

  • Wash the green chilies and break the stems.
  • Then chop all the chilies.
  • Now keep the pan on gas and add besan in the pan.
  • Roast it till it becomes light brown in color and flame should low to medium flame so that besan not burn.
  • Takeout the gram flour in the plate and put the pan again on gas.
  • Add 2 teaspoon oil in the pan and then asafoetida and cumin seeds.
  • When seeds are cracking then add turmeric powder and mix it.
  • Add green chopped green chilies and salt to taste and mix it and cover it with a lid.
  • Cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • Now open the lid and mix it and add besan, coriander powder, and dry mango powder, garam masala powder.
  • Mix well and now add sugar and mix it.
  • Our Besan Mirch ke Tarpoliye is ready to serve.
  • We can store it in the fridge for one week.
