Do you love chocolate bars? Homemade bounty Modak is super easy to make. A simple combination of coconut and condensed milk will recreate the filling of the classic chocolate Modak. The sweet coconut filling coated in smooth chocolate is a match made in heaven.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams dark compound
- 100 grams of milk compound
- 1 tablespoon condensed milk
- 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon milk powder

Method:
- Mix dark compound and milk compound and melt in the microwave.
- Keep stirring with a spoon for 2 to 3 minutes to temper the chocolate and bring it to room temperature.
- Do not fill hot chocolate into the tray.
- In another bowl, mix coconut, milk powder, and condensed milk and make a soft dough.
- For making the shells, fill the mold with a spoon of melting chocolate.
- Invert the tray and holding the tray over the chocolate bowl and remove the extra chocolates with a knife.
- Keep the tray in the freezer for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, take out the set chocolate tray.
- Place a small amount of dough in each shell and then cover with melted chocolate.
- Tap it gently and scrape off the excess chocolate gently with a knife and put the scraped chocolate back in the chocolate bowl.
- Keep the tray in the fridge to set for at least 5 minutes.
- Invert the tray and tap lightly to unmould the chocolate.
- Store in the fridge.
