Red Velvet Cheesecake Swirl Brownies

Brownie is a flat, baked dessert. It is a cross between a cake and a soft cookie in texture and comes in a variety of forms. Depending on its density, it may be either fudgy or cakey. Cheesecake is made with cream cheese.

Today I combined them and made Eggless Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownie. It tastes so so so good that you can’t stop eating it. It just melts in your mouth. It will be ready in no time.

These are absolutely beautiful moist and delicious red velvet brownies! Perfect for red velvet cake lovers; adds a different twist to a traditional red velvet cake. This is a beautiful dessert perfect for Valentine’s Day or for anybody who LOVES red velvet! I like this served the next day and slightly cold.

Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Flour – 1/2 cup + 6 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 3/4 th cup
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Butter – 1/2 cup
  • Water – 4 tablespoon
  • Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
  • Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 + 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cocoa Powder – 2 tablespoon
  • Red Food Color – as Desired
  • Cream cheese – 1/4 cup
  • sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Hung curd – 1 tablespoon

Method:

  • Mix cream cheese hung curd, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Line a square baking pan (7 * 7 inch) with parchment paper and greased with oil.
  • Mix butter and sugar in a bowl until sugar mix.
  • Add vanilla essence and mix it.
  • In another bowl add oil, water, and baking powder and mix it and add it to the butter mixture.
  • Add red color and mix well.
  • Sieve cocoa powder and all-purpose flour and mix in wet ingredients.
  • Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it.
  • Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
  • Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
  • Using a skewer drag the tip through the cream cheese mixture to create a swirl pattern.
  • Bake the brownies for 30 minutes.
  • Remove to a cooling rack and allow them to cool completely before cutting.
