Falsa chutney is ridiculously easy to make. The easiest chutney, I know. Why? It has four ingredients only and except falsa, all are a staple in any home. It doesn’t require any peeling or cutting and has just 7-10 minutes of cooking time.

Ingredients:
- 500 gms Falsa
- 100 gram Jaggery
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp rock salt
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
How to Make Falsa Chutney :
1.First of all, take false in a pan, add water to it and wash it properly.
2.After washing, blend them well in a mixer grinder.
3.Now filter it with the help of a sieve .
4.Now take a pan add oil and saute garlic
5.Add mustard seeds and falsa pulp mix it well.
6.Add jaggery powder, salt, red chilly powder and rock salt.
7.Saute until jaggery dissolved.
8.Your sweet and sour phalsa chutney is ready.
9.Store in fridge after cool down.
