There are several ways of preparing the garlic bread recipe. However, this recipe is very similar to Domino’s flagship garlic bread recipe. It is one of the easiest, simple, and yummiest baked recipes.

Ingredients:

For Garlic bread dough:

  • 1 teaspoon dry active yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herb
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon oil

For Garlic Butter

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped

Other ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour, to dust
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Method:
Garlic dough recipe:
  • Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1/4 cup warm water, dry yeast, and sugar. mix well.
  • Rest for 5 minutes.
  • Don’t touch the yeat mixture in between.
  • Furthermore, add salt, garlic, and oregano.
  • additionally add butter and maida. start to knead the dough.
  • further, coat the dough with oil and rest for 2 hours.

Garlic Bread recipe:

  • Further, punch the dough.
  • In a small bowl mix in butter, garlic, and coriander leaves.
  • Spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously.
  • Further top with mozzarella cheese on half of the dough.
  • Also, season with chili flakes and oregano.
  • Fold the dough and seal the edges.
  • Furthermore, brush a generous amount of prepared garlic butter.
  • Also, top with chili flakes and mixed herbs.
  • Make marks over bread without cutting them fully.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
  • Cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve.
  • Leftover Garlic bread can be wrapped tightly in foil and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake the wrapped bread at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
