A Royal Muskmelon Punch is a creamy, luxurious summer drink made by blending chilled muskmelon with milk, sugar, and sometimes cream or condensed milk. It is famously served in the hollowed-out melon shell, topped with vanilla ice cream, mixed nuts (cashews, pistachios, almonds), and rose syrup for a rich, aromatic experience.
Ingredients:-
Ripe Muskmelon -1
Cream-1/4 cup
Sugar-2 tbsp
Milk-1/2cup
Nutmeg-1 pinch
Mint fresh-5-6 piece
Toppings- almonds/cashew-nut/raisins/dates/rose syrup/pista
Method:
Firstly, gather all the ingredients and chill them in the refrigerator for a few hours. Take a big muskmelon. Cut off the top. Discard the seeds and scoop out the flesh from the whole melon by keeping its shell intact. Scoop as much flesh as you can using a spoon or knife. To serve the punch in the shell itself.
Chop half of the melon into small pieces. Add the remaining melon to a blender.
To it add fresh mint leaves, nutmeg powder, sugar and chilled milk.
Blend the muskmelon shake. Do not churn for long. Add fresh cream. Do not churn after adding cream. Just mix it well. Muskmelon Shake is ready.
Remove the skin of the mango and chop the mango flesh into small pieces.
Now start the process of layering the Royal Muskmelon Punch. Take the muskmelon bowl and place it on a small glass bowl for support. First add the chopped muskmelon and mango pieces. Fill it with the muskmelon shake.
Add ice-cream scoops. Garnish with chopped cashewnuts, almonds.
Next add raisins, chopped pistachios and dates.
Add cream over the nuts. Over the cream add the chopped mango pieces. Repeat the garnish of nuts. Add one scoop more of vanilla ice-cream for a more yummy treat and drizzle it with rose syrup.
