A refreshing summer tea with the flavor of mangoes and tea. Mango ice tea is a perfect way to stay hydrated during these summer days and also during Ramadan. Make use of mango season at full and enjoy this easy tea anytime.

- Ingredients:
- 1 cup mango
- 1 tsp tea leaves
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Method:
- Peel and chop the mango.
- Puree them in a blender and refrigerate.
- Heat water on a stove top.
- Remove the pan of hot water.
- Add tea leaves and sugar and stir.
- Cover and let the tea steep in the hot water for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Strain and keep the tea in the fridge.
- Once the tea is cooled, remove from the fridge.
- Pour the tea into a blender.
- Add mango puree and lemon juice.
- Blend everything till smooth.
- Serve the mango iced tea with some ice cubes and a slice of lemon.
