Ingredients:

  • 250 grams Paneer
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 4 cloves
  • 7-8 black pepper
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 100 grams khoya
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 7 to 8 cashew nut
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masla
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder

Method:

  • Boil 2 cup water in a pan add chopped onions and whole tomatoes.
  • Cover pan and switch off the flame and leave it for two minutes.
  • Blanched onion, ginger and green chili add in mixer jar and grind it to make a smooth paste.
  • Peel tomatoes and grind it in mixer and make a paste.
  • Heat one tablespoon ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
  • Add bay leaf, cardamom , cloves, black pepper and cinnamon stick and saute.
  • Add onion paste and saute till ghee release.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and saute.
  • Add tomato paste and salt , kitchen king and garam masala, fenugreek leaves, cashew nuts and saute till ghee release.
  • Add Khoya {solidified milk} and saute and add milk.
  • Add paneer cubes and mix well and cover it for two minutes.
  • Add dry mango powder mix well and serve hot.
