Raw banana Kabab is a very nice and delicious snack that can be enjoyed with hot tea or any other drink. It has a royal texture and melts in the mouth with rich flavors.
Raw banana is a great source of fiber, beta-carotene, calcium, vitamin A and C. They are very nutritious and offer several health benefits in addition to their delicious flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boiled raw bananas 
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1/4 cup green peas crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 inch ginger grated
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying

Method:

  • In a bowl add boiled banana and mashed with a fork.
  • Add boiled grated potatoes, green peas, red chili powder, turmeric powder, mint leaves,garam masala, grated ginger, chopped green chili, bread crumbs, and salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients until form a soft dough.
  • Take a small portion of dough and make a kabab and shallow fry from both sides till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with green chutney, tomato ketchup.

Note: For crispier kabab, add enough oil to cover the outer layer of the kabab. Cook kabab for 8 to 10 minutes on low flame, turning occasionally until evenly browned on both sides.
