sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<ul style=\"color: #222222; text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Place all the chopped vegetables in a pressure cooker with 1\/2 cup water and salt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Let 2-3 whistles come on high flame, then switch off the gas and let the cooker cool.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Open the cooker when pressure drops and mash the boiled veggies with the potato masher.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Add tomato, ginger, and green chilies in a mixer jar and make a paste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Heat butter in a non-stick pan and cumin seeds and saute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">When the color of cumin changed then add chopped garlic cloves and saute 1 minute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Add chopped onion and saute until lightly golden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Add tomato puree and all spices (turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilies powder, pav bhaji\u00a0masala)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Cook on medium heat for few minutes stirring constantly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now add mashed vegetables and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Add garam masala and amchur powder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Turn off heat and squeeze 1 lemon in bhaji and mix.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Garnish bhaji with chopped onion and coriander leaves.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Slice each pav bun horizontally into 2 and toast in butter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Toast on both
