chopped dry almond<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">7-8 saffron strands<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1 teaspoon cardamom powder<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1 cup of sugar<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Method:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KiuouBVsp3g\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n<b style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Wash sabudana with running water and soaked in two cups of water for 2 hours.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Heat milk in the heavy bottom pan and bring it to boil.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Add soaked sabudana in boiling milk.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Stir well and let it simmer on low flame for 20 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Do stirring occasionally and make sure sabudana or milk is not sticking on pan&#8217;s bottom.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Sabudana should be transparent and soft.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Take ladleful\u00a0of kheer and pull it back when sabudana and milk fall together\u00a0with the same flow,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Then add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands chopped almonds and continue stirring.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">When sugar melt, kheer become thin.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now simmer for 6-7 minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now kheer is ready to serve.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">You can serve after cools down and do garnish with chopped almonds.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' ,
