taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">1\/2 tsp&nbsp;garam masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">1\/2 tsp&nbsp;dry mango powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>Method:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>In a blender add tomato, ginger and green chili and make a fine paste and keep aside.<\/li>\n<li>Rinse the spinach very well in water.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Boil water with some salt.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Let the water comes to a boil, then switch&nbsp;off the flame and add spinach leaves in this boiling water.<\/li>\n<li>Let the spinach leaves be immersed in the water for 2-3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Drain and quickly pour ice water over the spinach.<\/li>\n<li>Add this to a blender and make a smooth paste and keep aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds when seeds are brown then add asafoetida and chopped onion.<\/li>\n<li>Saute onion till brown in color.<\/li>\n<li>Now add turmeric powder and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Add tomato paste and red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala and saute until oil starts to leave the sides of the paste.<\/li>\n<li>Now add spinach puree or paste and salt and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Now add boiled corn and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Simmer the whole curry 6 to 7 minutes on a low flame.<\/li>\n<li>Add dry mango powder and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Our palak corn
