Now gradually add water and make a smooth batter. The batter should not be very thick or thin. Switch off the flame and add curry leaves and green chili.<br \/>After 5 to 6 minutes uncovered the lid and you will see the dhokla has become fluffy. Take out the idli mold from the pan and let it cool down. Once it cools down remove&nbsp;bread dhokla sandwich from it. Scrap the extra dhokla from sides and give a perfectly round shape.
