250 gram<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Green chili- 250 gram<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Cumin seeds &#8211; 1 teaspoon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Asafoetida &#8211; a pinch<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Turmeric powder &#8211; 1 teaspoon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Fennel seed&#8217;s powder- 1 teaspoon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Oil &#8211; 2 tablespoon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Method<\/b><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/En6UBwN-6qQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Rinse Karonde 2-3 times with water to remove all the dirt and mud particles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Wash the green chilies\u00a0as well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Cut each piece of karonda into two equal halves and remove seeds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Cut each green chili into half-inch pieces.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and asafoetida and turmeric powder and fennel powder and mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now add green chilies and saute for one minute and add karonde and mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Add coriander powder and salt and mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now cover the lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Check for doneness. Cook uncovered for one minute.
