With damp hands, take small portions of the mixture, shape into pakoras and slide them into the hot oil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;Deep fry the pakoras till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
