Once hot add cashews and raisins. Fry them till cashews are golden brown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now add sooji and saffron and roast it with stirring continuously on medium-low heat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Keep roasting till it gets slightly brown color.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now add chopped pineapple and mix well and continue cooking with stirring till pineapple becomes soft.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now add hot water and sugar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Cook with stirring constantly till the water will be absorbed by sooji.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now add cardamom powder and chopped almonds.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pineapple halwa recipe, Semolina and pineapple pudding, Ananas sheera, Pineapple Sheera, How to make pineapple halwa A sweet or dessert made from semolina, sugar, ghee and pineapple pieces.
