style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1\/2 teaspoon mustard seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Few sprigs of curry leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">100 grams Paneer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1\/2 cup boiled peas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1\/4 teaspoon red chilly powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1\/2 teaspoon garam masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1 green chilly chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/eYBZte5dUIk\" width=\"650\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><b>Method<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Wash, peel and grate potatoes in a deep bowl.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now add Samak flour, finely chopped coriander leaves, green chilly, grated ginger, salt, red chilly powder, and make a medium thick batter by gradually adding water.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Let it rest the batter for 15- 20 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Meanwhile, let&#8217;s prepare our stuffing. heat oil in a pan, once the oil becomes hot, add mustard seed and let it splutter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now add curry leaves, grated paneer, Boiled peas, red chilly powder, garam masala, chopped green chilly, salt to taste, freshly chopped coriander leaves and mix until well combined.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Stuffing is ready now.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Take the batter and mix it well with a spoon.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Take a non-stick pan and heat the pan on medium flame.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Once the pan becomes slightly hot pour 2-3 spoonful batter towards the center and spread the batter evenly in a clockwise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Drizzle little oil all around and top and cook for 2- 3 minutes from downwards on medium flame till it becomes brown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">after 2-3 minutes remove the sides, flip it over and cook from another side too.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Once both the sides get cooked, remove it from pan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">To make samak paneer rolls:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Take one chilla and spread green chutney over the chilla.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now spread spoonful stuffing into the center of the chilla and roll it into a cylinder shape.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Cut the rolls into 1 1\/2 inch pieces.
