text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><b>Ingredients:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1 Cup Sabudana\/Sago\/Tapioca<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1 large potato, boiled and mashed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">2 tablespoon peanuts, roasted and crushed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1\/2 Teaspoon ginger grated<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1\/2 teaspoon cumin seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1 green chilly chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1\/4 teaspoon black pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">2 teaspoon oil<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><b>Method:<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qlbT0_MN6sA\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Firstly, in a large bowl take 1\/3 cup Sabudana and soak with double amount of Sabudana for 3 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Drain off the water and rest for 30 minutes, allowing to drain off the water completely.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now take the soaked sabudana in a large bowl.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Add boiled and mashed potato.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Add chopped coriander leaves, peanut powder, ginger paste, chopped green chilly, cumin seeds, black pepper and salt to taste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Mix and mash well with your hand.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Grease your hand and take a small portion and make a small ball.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Grease appe pan and put sago ball.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Cook till golden brown from both sides.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Add green chutney and tomato sauce in shots glasses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">And sago bites.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Serve hot along with masala tea.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Crispy sago fritters, Sabudana Vada recipe, sabudana shots recipe, How to make Sabudana vada Sabudana Vada is crisply fried patties made with sago, peanuts, and mashed potatoes.
