full-fat milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">4 tablespoon &#8211; clarified butter(ghee)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">150 ml &#8211; condensed milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">3\/4 cup &#8211; vermicelli (seviyan)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">4 green cardamom pods, crushed, seeds only<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">7-8 strands of saffron<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">7-8 pieces of almonds chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">7-8 pieces of pistachios chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">7-8 pieces of cashew nuts chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">4-5 pieces of dry dates<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1 teaspoon melon seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">8-10 pieces of raisins<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\"><b>Method:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/K-7QEjqMoFM\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Soak dry dates for 7 hours and then chopped and remove seeds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Soak saffron strands in one tablespoon milk.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Take a pan and add 1-liter milk and bring it to a boil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Take another pan and add 2 tablespoon ghee and roast all nuts( almonds, cashew nuts, pistachio, dates, melon seeds, raisins).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Roast on low flame till they turn golden brown, aromatic, and transfer it in boiled milk.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">heat 2 tablespoon ghee and add 3\/4 cup vermicelli and roast on low to medium flame till light golden brown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">transfer this in milk and stir occasionally to prevent milk from burning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">lower the flame and simmer for 10 minutes till seviyan cooks completely.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">add condensed milk and give a good stir.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now add cardamom powder and mix it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">switch off the flame and cover it for 10 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Serve Sheer khurma hot or chilled topped with more dry fruits.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sheer Khurma recipe, sheer korma recipe, sheer korma recipe, how to make sheer khurma A perfect and quick dessert for celebrations.
