Cut cashews and almonds into small pieces.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Put ghee in a pan and put pieces of lotus seeds in it and roast it while stirring continuously on medium flame. After roasting the lotus seeds, take them out in a bowl.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Put grated coconut in the same pan and roast it on medium flame while stirring continuously until slightly clour change.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">After roasting take out in a bowl.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Put 1\/2 teaspoon ghee in the same pan and add chopped almonds and cashew nuts and melon seeds in the pan and roast them for a minute and take out in a bowl.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Put 2 tablespoon ghee in a pan and add coriander powder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Roast it on medium to low flame till the aroma comes or slight color change.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">After that take them out in a bowl.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now we take a large bowl and add roasted coriander powder and add powder sugar, roasted lotus seeds, roasted coconuts, and roasted nuts and mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Our Dhaniya panjiri is ready to serve.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Store the panjiri in an airtight container up to 2 to 3 month.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dhaniya Panjiri Prasad Recipe, coriander registries recipe, How to make dhaniya panjiri for Janmashtami Dhaniya ki Panjiri is a falahari dish especially made for Krishna Janmashtami as Prasad.
