red chilly powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1\/2 teaspoon turmeric powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">2 -3 tablespoons ghee\/clarified butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">2 tablespoon oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1 teaspoon cumin seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">3 cloves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1\/2 inch of cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">2 dry red chilies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1\/4 teaspoon asafoetida<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">2 green cardamom<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">a bay leaf<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">3 fine chopped onions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">1 teaspoon coriander powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"background-color: #f9f9f9; font-family: 'roboto' , 'arial' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color: #f9f9f9; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; white-space: pre-wrap;\">For marination, in a bowl add paneer cubes and add salt, red chilly powder, and turmeric powder and leave it for 30 minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Dry roast gram flour on medium to flame and keep aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons ghee and roast marinated paneer cubes and keep aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: 'roboto' , 'arial' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color: #f9f9f9; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Heat 2 tablespoon ghee and add cumin seeds.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: 'roboto' , 'arial' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color: #f9f9f9; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; white-space: pre-wrap;\">when seeds crackle adds red chilly, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cardamoms, cloves, and asafoetida, ginger-garlic paste.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: 'roboto' , 'arial' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color: #f9f9f9; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Now add chopped onions and saute well.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: 'roboto' , 'arial' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color: #f9f9f9; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; white-space: pre-wrap;\">when the onion got light pink add salt and saute<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: 'roboto' , 'arial' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color: #f9f9f9; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Then add roasted gram flour and saute.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: 'roboto' , 'arial' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color: #f9f9f9; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Saute till onions red.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: 'roboto' , 'arial' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color: #f9f9f9; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Add tomato pulp and saute till it releases oil.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: 'roboto' , 'arial' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color: #f9f9f9; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala and mix well.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: 'roboto' , 'arial' , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color: #f9f9f9; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; white-space: pre-wrap;\">now add yogurt and mix continuously.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;
