Blend until these are well combined.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Heat a pan and add condensed milk, paan leaves mixture, coconut, and green color.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Roast it for 4-5 minutes or cook until the mixture thicken.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Let it cool down for 5-6 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">In another bowl add gulkand, cardamom powder, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachio, and Pass Pass and mix well. Our stuffing is ready.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Now take Modak mould and grease it with ghee.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Take a small portion of the paan-coconut mixture and fill this in the modak mould .<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Press this in such a way to make a cavity in the center where you can stuff the gulkand mixture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Add a dollop of gulkand in the center and cover it with a paan mixture to seal the cavity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Put modak in a plate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Prepare the remaining modak in the same way.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;\">Set in refrigerator for 30 minutes and then serve.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paan Modak recipe, Paan Coconut Modak stuffed with Gulkand, Betel leaves Modak, How to make paan coconut Modak Modak is a sweet stuffed dumpling offered to Lord Ganesha as prasad\/naivedyam during Ganesh Chaturthi puja.
