This recipe will transform its unique bitter taste into a delicacy.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><b><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rasoitak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/20200414_083046.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"stuffed karela\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rasoitak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/20200414_083046-300x169.jpg?resize=320%2C180\" alt=\"achari bharwa karela\" width=\"320\" height=\"180\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"1152\" data-original-width=\"2048\"><\/a><\/b><\/div>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">250 grams Karela (bitter gourd)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">3 tablespoon oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1 teaspoon cumin seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">A pinch of asafoetida<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">2 tablespoon gram flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1 tablespoon coriander powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1 tablespoon cumin seeds powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1\/2 teaspoon turmeric powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1\/2 teaspoon red chili powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1\/2 teaspoon garam masala powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1\/2 teaspoon dry mango powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">2 tablespoon Mango pickle masala<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Click the <b><i>PLAY BUTTON<\/i><\/b> below? to view the video recipe of <b><i>ACHARI BHARWA KARELA<\/i><\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GQZMf2dnP7o\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-family: arial;\"><i>Method:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Wash karelas thoroughly and using a knife, scrape the skin.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Make a slit in the karelas lengthwise.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Sprinkle salt and marinate for at least an hour.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Squeeze the karelas to remove all the marinade.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Wash karelas twice with water and then squeeze out all the water.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Mix coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, gram flour, and pickle masala.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Stuff the split karelas with this spice mixture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Add 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan over medium heat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Add a pinch of asafoetida and cumin seeds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Let the seeds crackle.
