Filled with Paneer, veggies, and lots of pizza seasoning takes this recipe a notch higher. Since #COVID19 most of us is avoid eating outside. This Dominos style Paneer Zingy Parcel is a perfect recipe to try during this time. I have modified the stuffing according to my choice and liking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Few tips to keep in mind:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Always use measuring cups\/spoons while baking. It gives precision and makes Baking easy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">The Microwave should have a Convection mode.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Always add yeast in lukewarm water. The water should neither be hot nor cold.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Knead the dough properly for at least 5-10 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">The dough needs to rest for at least an hour.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">The stuffing should be at room temperature.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Properly seal the parcels using water otherwise they will open.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rasoitak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/DSC_0026.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"paneer zingy parcel\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rasoitak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/DSC_0026-300x200.jpg?resize=320%2C214\" alt=\"paneer zingy parcel by rasoitak\" width=\"320\" height=\"214\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"3000\" data-original-width=\"4496\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">2 cups all-purpose flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">2 teaspoon dry active yeast<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">3 teaspoon powder sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">2 tablespoon milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1 teaspoon garlic powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">3 teaspoon oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">200 grams paneer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1\/2 teaspoon turmeric powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">2 garlic cloves grated<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1 cup chopped tomatoes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1 cup chopped onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1 cup chopped capsicum<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1 tablespoon pizza &amp; pasta sauce \/schezwan sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1 tablespoon tomato sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1 teaspoon oregano<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">1 teaspoon chili flakes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Water as required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Method:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Take 1\/2 cup warm water and dissolve 2 tsp sugar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Now add 2 tsp of dry active yeast.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Mix it well let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Don&#8217;t touch the yeast mixture in between.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Soft bubbles and froth will start coming after 10 minutes, which means our yeast is ready to use.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">For Making Dough:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">In a big bowl add 2 cups, salt, and garlic powder and mix it well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Now add the yeast mixture and start kneading the dough. If require use more water and knead it for 8- 10 minutes till the dough becomes soft and smooth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">The dough should be soft. Now take 1 teaspoon oil and knead it again for 1 minute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Cover the dough with a cling wrap or wet muslin cloth and rest the dough for 1 hour.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">After an hour, the dough will double up.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Punch it using your finger to release all the air and knead it again for another 1 minute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Our dough is ready to roll.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Making Paneer Stuffing:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">In a kadhai, heat oil and add crushed garlic and saute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Add turmeric powder and chopped tomatoes and let it cook for a minute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Now add chopped onions, capsicum and cook all these together, till they become soft.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Now add salt, oregano, chili flakes, pizza sauce, ketchup, and mix it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Now add diced paneer and gently mix it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Switch off the gas and let it cool down completely.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Assembling The Parcels.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Divide the dough into 10 equal parts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Using maida roll them into a round roti. It should be a bit thick.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Now fold the roti like mention in the video. Apply water on the folded layer to seal it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Put the mixture at the center and take all the three ends, join them and seal at the top.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Now make a mixture of milk and sugar, apply it to the parcel using a brush. This will give a beautiful color to the Parcels. Sprinkle oregano on top.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Arrange these parcels on a baking tray and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Once done, brush it again with butter or ghee or the milk and sugar mix.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Paneer Zingy Parcels are ready to serve.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paneer Zingy Parcel | How to make Dominos style Veg Parcel at home Paneer Zingy Parcel is crispy from outside and soft from inside.
