Even those kids who don&#8217;t prefer it would definitely like it. This recipe will transform its unique bitter taste into a delicacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rasoitak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/masala-kerela.jpg?resize=300%2C169&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2942\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 grams Karela (bitter gourd)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoon oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon cumin seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A pinch of asafoetida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoon gram flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon coriander powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon cumin seeds powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon turmeric powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon red chili powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon garam masala powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon dry mango powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoon Mango pickle masala<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\u0915\u0930\u0947\u0932\u093e \u0928\u0939\u0940\u0902 \u0916\u093e\u0928\u0947 \u0935\u093e\u0932\u0947 \u092d\u0940 \u092a\u0938\u0902\u0926 \u0938\u0947 \u0916\u093e\u090f\u0902\u0917\u0947 \u092f\u0947 \u092d\u0930\u0935\u093e \u0915\u0930\u0947\u0932\u093e | Stuffed Achari Karela Recipe | Bharwa Karela\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-I-NyZd19hI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Method:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wash karelas thoroughly and using a knife, scrape the skin.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make a slit in the karelas lengthwise.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle salt and marinate for at least an hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Squeeze the karelas to remove all the marinade.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wash karelas twice with water and then squeeze out all the water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, gram flour, and pickle masala.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stuff the split karelas with this spice mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan over medium heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a pinch of asafoetida and cumin seeds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let the seeds crackle.
