Karonde Hari\u00a0mirch\u00a0ki sabzi\u00a0is a favorite seasonal side dish recipe. Serve karonde Mirch ki sabzi with chapati and raita for a complete meal. Karonda Mirch ki sabzi is a tangy vegetable which is usually used in pickles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation time \u2013 20 minutes<br>Cooking time \u2013 10 minutes<br><strong><br><\/strong><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>karonde\u00a0\u2013 250 gram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Green chili- 250 gram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cumin seeds \u2013 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asafoetida \u2013 a pinch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turmeric powder \u2013 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fennel seed\u2019s powder- 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oil \u2013 2 tablespoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\u092c\u093f\u0928\u093e \u0927\u0942\u092a \u0910\u0938\u0947 \u092c\u0928\u093e\u090f \u0915\u0930\u094c\u0902\u0926\u093e \u0939\u0930\u0940 \u092e\u093f\u0930\u094d\u091a \u0915\u093e \u0905\u091a\u093e\u0930 \u0914\u0930 \u0938\u093e\u0932\u092d\u0930 \u0938\u094d\u091f\u094b\u0930 \u0915\u0930\u0947\u0902 #karondekaachar -Karonde ka achar\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CfJFhy1pVPY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rinse Karonde 2-3 times with water to remove all the dirt and mud particles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wash the green chilies\u00a0as well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut each piece of karonda into two equal halves and remove seeds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut each green chili into half-inch pieces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and asafoetida and turmeric powder and fennel powder and mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add green chilies and saute for one minute and add karonde and mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add coriander powder and salt and mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now cover the lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check for doneness. Cook uncovered for one minute.
