An ideal recipe for breakfast, lunch, kid\u2019s tiffin box, post workout, evening snack and party appetizer\ud83d\ude0d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rasoitak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_20240222_160022.jpg?resize=750%2C422&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2552\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:-<br>For hummus:-<br>1 cup chickpeas, boiled<br>1 medium size beetroot, boiled<br>2 tbsp white sesame seeds, roasted<br>2-3 cloves garlic<br>1-2 green chilies or 1\/2 jalape\u00f1o pepper<br>2 tbsp olive oil<br>1\/2 lemon juice<br>1 tsp salt or as required<br>1\/2 tsp black pepper<br>1\/4 cup water or as required<br>Grind everything into a smooth and creamy paste. Do not add too much water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For 6 bouquet:-<br>2 -3 cucumbers<br>1 carrot, juliennes<br>1\/2 red bell pepper, juliennes<br>Arugula, cilantro, spinach or any leafy greens of your choice.<br>1 tbsp roasted white and black sesame seeds for garnishing.<br>Cut off both the ends of the cucumber. Cut into half then diagonally (as shown in the video). Scoop out the center and fill it with hummus and veggies of your choice.
