Cut into cubes and remove seeds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, asafoetida, and fennel seeds and allow them to crackle.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add turmeric powder and saute and then add peeled and cubed mango pieces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add salt and stir and mix well and add water and cover it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add red chili powder and sugar and mix well and cover it with lid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook until sugar dissolves, mango cubes turn tender and the mixture becomes thick inconsistency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add garam\u00a0masala and mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aam ki launji is ready to serve.
