Flavors of fenugreek leaves, fresh garlic, green onion packed into crispy Bajra ka Rotla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rasoitak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/20220204_151223.jpg?resize=750%2C422&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rasoitak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/20220204_151223-scaled.jpg?resize=1024%2C576&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rasoitak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/20220204_151223-scaled.jpg?resize=300%2C169&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rasoitak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/20220204_151223-scaled.jpg?resize=768%2C432&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rasoitak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/20220204_151223-scaled.jpg?resize=1536%2C864&amp;ssl=1 1536w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rasoitak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/20220204_151223-scaled.jpg?resize=2048%2C1152&amp;ssl=1 2048w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rasoitak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/20220204_151223-scaled.jpg?w=2250&amp;ssl=1 2250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 teaspoon ghee <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoon finely chopped green onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some finely chopped green chilies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-4 teaspoon finely chopped onions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup methi (well rinsed &amp; finely chopped)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon Kasuri methi (optional for fragrance)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt as per taste <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>some finely chopped coriander<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup bajra(pearl millet) atta <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water (to kneed dough)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some wheat flour (to sprinkle while rolling)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ghee\/butter (for frying)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Method :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Bajra Bhakri (Millet Roti) | \u092c\u093e\u091c\u0930\u0940\u091a\u0940 \u092d\u093e\u0915\u0930\u0940 | Easy Method to prepare Stuffed Bajara Bhakri\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pE3JqOj70Ws?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To Make Stuffing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat up the pan, add 1 tsp oil\/ghee in it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 2 spoon finely chopped garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add some finely chopped green chillies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 3-4 tbs finely chopped spring onions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 1 cup methi (well rinsed &amp; finely chopped)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 1 tsp kasuri methi (optional for fragrance)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add salt as per taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add some finely chopped coriander, mix it well and turn off the stove quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To Make Dough :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take a mixing bowl, add 1 cup bajra(pearl millet) atta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add salt as per tasteAdd some water, kneed it and make dough.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Further kneed it well for another 5 mins to make it softer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then roll out few big size balls from dough.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flatten the dough balls with hands, make a cavity and add stuffing in the middle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gently grab the edges and seal to form a tight ball<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gently tap the stuffed dough ball within your palms so that the mixture is evenly distributed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place it on a flat surface, sprinkle some wheat flour on it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now tap the stuffed ball and flatten it with your hand to form a thick roti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(You can roll this stuffed rotla also with the help of rolling board and rolling pin).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now heat up the pan, place roti on it, and cook it for 7-8 mins on medium flame until it turns golden-brown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then flip it and apply 1\/2 tsp ghee\/butter on and around the roti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Make more rotlas following the same procedure)And then your Winter Treat Healthy Stuffed Bajre Ka Rotla is ready!!!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serving it with curd tastes yummy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Come Winter and my kitchen opens to Bharelo Bajra ka Rotla.
