Pressure&nbsp;cook for 3 whistles or till the bananas have complete softened.<\/li><li>Now turn off the gas, release the pressure from the cooker. Now take out the bananas from the water, peel and let them cool.<\/li><li>Mash them and then add all the ingredient, expect oil mix well.<\/li><li>Make small lime size balls(kofta) and keep aside.<\/li><li>Heat oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, reduce flame to medium and place the balls gently into hot oil. Deep fry&nbsp;to a golden brown and remove on absorbent paper.<\/li><li>For gravy- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds when they began to crackle add chopped onion and saute till light brown.<\/li><li>Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, chopped tomato and cashew nuts and saute till tomato become soft.<\/li><li>Now take away pan from the flame and let the mixture cool down.<\/li><li>Blend this mixture in a jar and make a smooth paste.<\/li><li>Now transfer it again on same&nbsp;pan and place on flame.<\/li><li>Now add fresh cream and mix well.<\/li><li>Add 1 cup water and koftas and bring them to boil.<\/li><li>Add garam masala and dry mango powder and mix well.<\/li><li>Now our raw banana koftas&nbsp;are ready to serve.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Raw banana kofta, a classic among North Indian vegetarian recipes, goes well with pulao or rice.
