Then mix the cake batter. Add milk and mix it again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer the cake batter to a greased cake tin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preheat your oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes then bake the cake for about<br>35-40 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let your cake cool down completely and then divide the cake into 2 layers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a mixing bowl add whipping cream and beat till stiff peaks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add Chocolate Ganache(120 ml pipable), Cocoa Powder, and Condensed Milk into<br>whipping cream and beat until semi-stiff peaks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ganache used in the above point should be of piping consistency. For this place<br>your ganache for 3-4 hrs. In the refrigerator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer Ice-Cream mixture in a mold top it with chocolate chips and freeze it for<br>minimum 6 hr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now take the first layer of your sponge. Apply some ganache (spreadable). Place your frozen ice cream. Then place the second layer of your sponge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply some ganache (spreadable) on your cake. Cover it fully with ganache. Place your cake in the freezer for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 5 minutes decorate your cake with pipable ganache and again place this in<br>your freezer for 35-40 minutes<br><strong>Chefs Tip<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure there are no lumps in your cake batter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All Ingredients should be at room temperature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make 240ml Ganache of piping consistency and 120ml of spreading consistency.<br>For piping, consistency place your ganache for 3-4 hrs. In the refrigerator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don&#8217;t forget to thaw before serving.
