Increase the flame and&nbsp;cook the turnip&nbsp;till a single whistle.&nbsp;<\/li><li>After the whistle reduces the flame. let the turnip boil on low flame for 5 minutes.<\/li><li>Make tomato, green chili, and ginger paste.<\/li><li>For masala for the bharta, Add 1 tbsp oil to the pan and let it heat. then add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and ginger paste slightly roast spices, and add tomato paste.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Keep flame medium and stir. Add coriander powder, red&nbsp;chili powder in the masala.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Stire and roast well till oil separates. Stir and roast at regular intervals.<\/li><li>Add peas to tomato masala and cover and cook it on medium flame till peas cooked. Add 1 tsp sugar(optional). Add salt.<\/li><li>Turnip(Shalgum) is boiled well in 5 minutes. Open the lid of cook after the pressure escapes, mash well.<\/li><li>Mix it to the masala, take 1\/4 tsp&nbsp;garam&nbsp;masala to add it.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Add a little green coriander. Mix all ingredients well. Cover and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep the medium flame.<\/li><li>After 3 minutes bharta&nbsp;is ready, add 1\/2 tsp&nbsp;lemon juice to it.<\/li><li>Mix and&nbsp;take it out in a bowl. mouth drooling Shalgum bharta&nbsp;is ready.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Garnish with green Coriander.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Serve it with Chapati, Parantha, naan, or rice.
