With your fingertip, apply a little water on all sides. Now fold the&nbsp;Chapati&nbsp;from one side to give it the shape of gujia. It will become like a half&nbsp;Chapati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now&nbsp;make the design by pinching the folded side, with your thumb and index finger.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you find it difficult then just press the sides with a fork, it should be sealed properly.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat ghee in a pan, first on high them makes it slow.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slide ready gujia in the hot oil very slowly, fry them on low heat, by turning them at regular intervals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fry until becomes light brown in color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now drain and remove.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gujias are ready.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can store it in an airtight jar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujiya recipe &#8211; Mawa gujiya recipe &#8211; how to make gujiya Gujia is a popular sweet dish in north India.
