Deep fry in batches.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Grind tomatoes, ginger, and green chili and make a paste.<\/li><li>If you are using curd then whisked curd and add 1\/2 cup water.<\/li><li>Now for preparing curry heat ghee in a pan and add asafoetida and cumin seeds.<\/li><li>When seeds change color add turmeric powder and mix well.<\/li><li>Add tomatoes paste and add red chili powder and coriander powder and sautee till mixture release sides of the pan.<\/li><li>Now add buttermilk and Stir continuously on high flame till the curd\/buttermilk combine well else there is a chance for the curd to curdle.<\/li><li>When curd\/buttermilk starts boiling then add pakodies&nbsp;along with salt and kasoori methi and mix well.<\/li><li>Now let the boil for 4 to 5 minutes.<\/li><li>Now add garam masala and dry mango powder and coriander leaves and mix well.<\/li><li>Serve besan pakodi ki sabzi with roti or paratha.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Besan Pakodi ki sabzi recipe, chickpea flour fritters in curd gravy, besan ki pakodi&nbsp;ki sabzi, How to make pakodi ki sabzi Pakodi ki sabzi is a gluten-free, no onion no garlic curry recipe prepared with chickpea flour fritters.
