Apply a 1\u201d thick layer of the whipped cream. Cover it with butterscotch chips. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the second layer of cake, soak it with the sugar syrup. Apply a 1\u201d thick layer of the whipped cream. Cover it with butterscotch chips.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the third layer of cake, soak it with the sugar syrup. Apply a 1\u201d thick layer of the whipped cream. Cover it with butterscotch chips.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover the entire cake with whipped cream and smoothen out the cream.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add Butterscotch chips on the top and make stars on the sides with whipped cream.
