We are always on the hunt for ways to satiate those cravings. The nutritiously delicious Makhana- Carrot Kheer (Fox Nuts- Carrot Pudding) is the perfect solution. Carrots are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin b8, pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese. Carrots are high in beta-carotene and fiber content as well. Makhana is a good source of protein, carbohydrates, fiber, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc. Reserve half cup and chopped or crush the remaining roasted makhana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boil the milk in a pan. After boiling the milk add roasted oats milk and simmer it for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan and saute grated carrot for a minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add oats milk and cook it for 5 minutes and keep stirring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add sugar and roasted makhana and crushed makhana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Give it a quick stir and add chopped nuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our Carrot makhana kheer is ready to serve.
