Take an OSP sheet and spread the melted chocolate on it by making a thick layer. Bring it to the room temperature, place a cookie cutter on it to make a round shape of this chocolate, and keep the sheet in the refrigerator to set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To make base:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take 12- 15 chocolate cookies and grind it in the mixer and add 1 tablespoon butter and mix it well. Take a plate, place a cookie cutter in it and put this mixture in the cookie-cutter, and make a thick base. Keep the base in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set it well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Further, take the chocolate sheet and remove extra chocolate from it and keep the round shape disc in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To make Ganache:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melt the remaining chocolate in a bowl, add 1\/4 cup fresh cream in it and mix it well to bring it to the room temperature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To make Mousse:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take 1 cup whipped cream in a bowl and whipped it until stiffed peek comes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Add some whipped cream in ganache and mix it to check the consistency of the mixture. Further, add some more whipped cream and keep mixing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assembling: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take the base out of the refrigerator. Put Chocolate mousse in a piping bag and place a star-shaped nozzle on it. Further, keep adding mousse to it by making flower shapes. Place 1 chocolate disc on the mousse layer and again make a layer of mousse. Place another chocolate disc and some more mousse on it. Place silver balls on the top of each mousse.
